Our supported living service helps people live at home and become more confident and independent. We work with people to help them achieve their goals and enjoy their hobbies and live full lives.

Who We Support
We support autistic adults aged 18 and over in Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk. However we will work with any local authority or continuing healthcare provider.
Some people may need help all day and night, while others may need just a few hours of support.
Where We Help
We can support people living in:
- Their own home or a rented home
- A housing association home


How We Work
We can:
- Help people live more independently
- Teach life skills like cooking, shopping, and personal care
- Develop communication and social skills
- Provide structure and routine
- Help people join leisure activities
- Support education and work goals

Where We Are
We currently support people in the Colchester area. We have homes for 1 to 4 people, depending on their needs. These homes may be owned by Autism Anglia, rented, or part of a housing association.
