Our outreach service is flexible and offers the right help at the right time. We support people to do things they enjoy and meet their goals.

Who We Support
We help autistic adults and young people aged 16 and over in North Essex and Central Norfolk.
How We Work
We can:
- Teach life skills, like cooking, shopping and cleaning
- Support going to appointments
- Support with personal care
- Help to manage money and budgets
- Support people to join leisure activities
- Develop road, public transport and community safety skills
- Assist with changes, like leaving school or college
- Support to find work or volunteering, or provide support in the workplace
- Short term support after illness or a hospital discharge (reablement)

We can help in different places, like:
- At home
- In a family home
- In the community
- At school, college, or work
- At activities like sports or hobbies
Outreach support is usually given for a set number of hours each week. We can make short- or long-term plans based on what you need.

How to Get Support
You can refer yourself, or it can be funded privately or through your local council. The council may need to check your care and finances before giving funding.
