Our Opportunity Centres offer activities to help people learn new skills and become more independent. We make sure everyone feels safe, supported and welcome.

Who We Support

Any autistic adults who are 18 years old and over can come to one of our centres in Dereham, Norfolk, or Colchester, Essex.

How We Work

We offer support in small groups, and tailor our staffing ratios according to each person’s needs. We also give extra help to people who need it. We always check how everyone is doing and make sure they are enjoying their time with us.

We work with people develop hobbies, make friends, and learn skills to get a job or volunteer. Our goal is for people to live as independently as possible.
