Simon Potts
Adult Services Director
I started working with Adults with learning disabilities and autism by volunteering at a local Gateway club at the age of 14. As soon as I left school, I began my career as a Support Worker in a local authority day centre. Nearly 30 years later I am still proud to continue a carrer in this sector.
I’ve worked in local authorities, charities and in the private sector and held various roles in each of them. By far the best role I have had, was as a Support Worker.
People who know me well will say that I’m passionate, positive and enthusiastic. Ilove to chat and like spending time with people
